02Scope and our team’s role
From browsing to selling your old device.
- 01The buyer’s journey, from home to tracking the order
- 02The device page with its condition grades and the condition report
- 03Selling an old device in short steps
- 04The seller dashboard and Account
- 05Following after-sales requests
03How we delivered it
The device’s condition before its price.
Our team put the device’s condition ahead of the price: clear grades for the buyer to compare, a report that explains the condition section by section, and then the price. It designed selling an old device as short questions, one after another. All names, numbers and brands in the screens are illustrative.
