01Scope

Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to every company profile design order accepted under a Ryplaced Work quotation. They are read together with the quotation and the service agreement.

If they differ: the quotation's prices, scope, languages, page count, revision rounds and dates take precedence, then these terms, then the service agreement.

02What we deliver

The profile's design and its files

We structure your content and design your company profile. We deliver a digital PDF and the editable source files; the quotation names the tool and the file format.

Unless the quotation says so expressly, the service does not include a print-ready PDF, copywriting, translation, a new logo or identity, photography, buying image licences, or printing and shipping.

03How a project runs

From discovery to handoff

Dates count working days from the later of the discovery session and our receipt of what we need from you to start.

04Approvals

Approvals, and when we don't hear back

Approval is in writing; email or WhatsApp is enough. Each step builds on the one approved before it: art direction starts after the outline is approved, and design after the art direction is approved.

If we hear nothing within 5 working days of sending a step or a delivery, that step counts as approved and the work moves on. Any change after that is a revision round or new work.

05Pages and revisions

What is a revision, and what is new work

The quotation sets the languages, the page count or scope, and the revision rounds for each step. Revisions are asked for within 5 working days of delivery. Unused rounds end with the order, and an extra round or extra pages are charged as listed in the quotation.

06Your content

Content, figures and rights

You supply the content, images, logos and figures, and confirm you may use them and that they infringe no one's rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of the facts, figures and claims the profile shows; we design them as we receive them and do not verify them.

We show a client's logo or a partner's name in the profile only if you confirm you have permission to.

07Third-party assets

Fonts, icons and images

We prefer openly licensed assets. Fonts, icons, illustrations and stock images stay under their owners' licences; the quotation names any paid licence you need to buy in your own name, and at handoff we list the third-party assets used.

08Rights

Ownership of the files

Once the files are delivered and paid in full, they are yours: the PDF and the editable source files we designed for you. You may use them, change them, print them and share them, without limit in time.

Ownership does not include third-party assets, which stay under their owners' licences, nor the working tools and general templates we use across all our projects.

09Our portfolio

Showing the profile in our portfolio

We show the profile, or any part of it, in our portfolio only with your written permission, and we agree with you what is shown and what is withheld.

10Confidentiality

Your information

We keep your information confidential as the service agreement says, and share it only with those working on your order. Our privacy notice applies.

11Payment

Payment and cancellation

An order is paid as its quotation states: in full upfront, or in two parts, an advance before work starts and the balance once you approve the outline, before design starts. No payment is refunded once made; what was paid for is delivered as agreed, within the time limits in these terms.

12Delays

When what we need from you is late

If materials or approvals reach us more than 5 working days after we ask, the schedule moves by the same time. After 20 working days without a reply, the order counts as delivered as far as it could go, and remaining revision rounds end.

13Delivery

Delivery, acceptance and file keeping

We hand over the files by a download link or by transferring them to your account. A delivery is accepted unless revisions are asked for within 5 working days. We keep a copy of the files for 90 days after handoff; after that a resend may not be possible.

Liability

Ryplaced Work is not liable for any loss arising from the design or the service, including indirect losses and lost profit, the results of printing at any printer, and any claim arising from content, figures, material or instructions you supplied. You indemnify us for any claim caused by what you supplied.

Nothing above excludes liability that Kuwaiti law does not allow to be excluded, such as for fraud or gross error. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited in total to the fees paid for the order concerned.

15Pausing

Pausing or ending an order

We may pause or end an order for non-payment, abusive conduct, or a request for content that breaks the laws of the State of Kuwait. Payments are not refunded.

16Versions

Changes to these terms

Each version of these terms has a number and a date. Each order is governed by the version accepted with its quotation; a new version applies only to new orders.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
