How we manage your advertising
Our account management policy: what 10 years of managing advertising campaigns for our clients has taught us, and why it works in your campaigns' favour
Applies to: All Ryplaced Work clients
01Our approach
One framework, built to give your campaigns the best chance
We run every client's advertising from a dedicated account for that client, under the Ryplaced Work Agency business manager. We don't run campaigns inside your own ad accounts, and we keep access to the dedicated account with our team, including view-only access. It isn't about keeping anything from you. It's the way of working that protects your results, your time and your budget, and it lets us give you a clearer picture than any dashboard can.
02Our role
A partner for your business goals
You don't need another team to manage ads. You need someone to take your business goals and carry the whole journey towards them, so your team can focus on running the business. That's what we do, quietly, in the background.
| Strategy | Planning | Execution |
|---|---|---|
| Turning your business KPIs into advertising objectives | Your monthly media plan, channels and budget by campaign | Building, launching and hands-on optimisation on every platform |
| Audiences, messages and channel roles | A campaign calendar around your seasons | Payments, pacing, policy reviews and appeals |
| KPIs tied to your business results, not clicks | A monthly briefing with your management team | Monthly reporting and campaign reviews |
03View access
"We'd just like to view the account, not edit it"
It's a fair request, and we know you wouldn't edit anything. Our reasons have nothing to do with edits. Over 10 years, we've seen what view access tends to turn into, and how it quietly holds campaigns back:
| What tends to happen | Why we avoid it, for your campaigns' sake |
|---|---|
| Numbers without context | Dashboards show raw, day-by-day figures. Costs swing, learning phases can look like failure, results keep updating for days, and lead quality isn't visible at all. The campaign that looks expensive is sometimes the one bringing your best customers |
| Focus on the short term | Daily figures naturally raise questions about daily swings. Answering them pulls attention towards today's numbers and away from the month's goal, which is where your results are won |
| Time spent explaining, not improving | Every hour our team spends explaining a fluctuation is an hour not spent improving your campaigns. We'd rather give that time back to your results |
| Your team's time | Watching an ad manager is exactly the kind of operational work we're here to take off your plate |
| Account safety | Each extra login is another way in for compromised credentials, one of the most common reasons ad accounts get hijacked or disabled. Keeping access tight keeps your campaigns running |
| Our way of working | Our account structures, audiences and naming systems are how we deliver results across all our clients. They're part of what you're investing in |
04One team
Why one team, one account works better
When a single team owns execution, campaigns learn faster and stay stable. Shared accounts tend to bring learning resets, campaigns competing in the same auctions, leftover clutter, payment interruptions in busy weeks and unclear accountability. A dedicated account keeps all of that out of your way.
05Working together
You set the direction. We take it from there.
| You | Ryplaced Work |
|---|---|
| Your business KPIs, targets and priorities | The strategy to work towards them |
| Your monthly brief | Your monthly media plan and briefing call |
| Approving each month's budget | Buying, pacing and payments within it |
| Approving budget shifts above the agreed threshold | Day-to-day optimisation within the approved plan |
| Your creative, offers, products and services | Turning them into campaigns that perform |
06Staying informed
Everything view access was meant to give you, and more
| You'd like to… | How we make sure you can |
|---|---|
| Follow performance | A monthly report on templates we agree together before we start, plus a full review of every major campaign. You see progress against your goals, with the context a dashboard can't give |
| Share your thoughts | In our monthly briefing call with your management team, where your input shapes goals, priorities, audiences and messages, or in writing whenever you like |
| Ask questions | Answered by the people who made the decision, in plain business terms: what we did, why, and what it changed. In writing or in the briefing call |
| Know it's optimised well | Good optimisation shows up as progress on your KPIs, such as cost per lead, cost per acquisition or revenue. That's what we report on, and what we hold ourselves to |
| Keep an eye on budget | Every budget is approved by you in writing before it's invoiced, and you receive a formal confirmation of paid invoices and account top-ups every month |
07What's yours
What always stays with you
| Your brand | Your pages and social profiles stay yours; they're shared with our business manager for advertising only |
|---|---|
| Your website and analytics | Your website, forms and analytics accounts |
| Your leads and customers | Leads go straight to your own forms, lead sheets, messaging channels and CRM |
| The ad account | For transparency: the dedicated account and its history stay with Ryplaced Work when an engagement ends |
08Questions
A common question
Could you make an exception for view-only access?
We apply the same framework to every client, because it's what gives every campaign the same focus, safety and care. Everything you'd hope to see through view access is covered, with context, in the "Staying informed" section above.
In short: you set the goals, and we put our full attention on working towards them. Specific budgets, thresholds and timings are set in each client's Quotation and Terms.
