AI Video Production Terms
What we commit to, what we need from you, and how every video order runs from idea to delivery
Applies to: All video production orders · Version video-2026.11 · effective 25 October 2026

Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to every video production order, one-off or in a monthly package, accepted under a Ryplaced Work quotation. They are read together with the quotation and the service agreement.
If they differ: the quotation's prices, quantities and dates apply first, then these terms, then the service agreement.
02How it is made
How we make your videos
Our team writes the concept and script and directs the scenes that AI agents generate, then edits, colours and mixes every video. Nothing is delivered before our team has reviewed it.
03How a project runs
From brief to delivery
Delivery dates count working days from the later of the complete brief and your written approval of the script.
| Step | You | Ryplaced Work |
|---|---|---|
| Brief | Product, audience, offer and materials | Questions to complete the brief |
| Concept and script | Written approval or notes | Writing the concept and script |
| Production | Nothing needed | Scenes, edit, colour and sound |
| Delivery | Review within the revision window | The videos in the agreed formats |
04Approvals
Approvals, and when we don't hear back
Approval is in writing; email or WhatsApp is enough. Production starts after you approve the concept and script.
If we hear nothing within 5 working days of sending a concept, a script or a delivery, that step counts as approved and the work moves on. Any change after that is a revision round or new work.
05Revisions
What is a revision, and what is new work
Each video includes the revision rounds in the quotation, requested within 5 working days of delivery. Unused rounds end with the order, and an extra round is charged as listed in the quotation's add-ons.
A revision
- Changing text or a line within the approved script
- The cut, the pacing and the order of shots
- Music choice, colour and typeface
New work
- A new concept, or a new script after approval
- A different product or offer
- A format, length or platform not agreed
06AI footage
The nature of generated footage
Generated scenes are a visual interpretation, not photographs. Products, places and people may differ in small details. Our team corrects text, logos and hands where it can, but exact replication of a real product is not guaranteed unless you supply filmed footage of it. You check prices, claims and product details before publishing.
07Your materials
Your materials and your claims
You confirm you may use everything you give us (logos, images, products, music, voices and text) and that it infringes no one's rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of your own claims, including prices, offers, and health, financial or other regulated claims.
08People and likeness
Faces and voices
We do not create a real, identifiable person's face or voice without that person's written consent, which you obtain and provide. We do not imitate celebrities, public figures, or competitors' staff or brands, and we do not make misleading clips that show anyone saying or doing what they did not. We may decline any request we judge risky.
09What we won't make
Content we do not make
We do not make content that breaks the laws of the State of Kuwait or the target market, nor misleading, defamatory, discriminatory or sexual content, political campaign material, unsupported health or financial claims, or anything against the target platforms' advertising policies. If asked to, we decline the request and offer an alternative within the same order; payments are not refunded.
10Platforms and results
Deliverables are guaranteed; results are not
Platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google alone decide whether an ad is accepted and shown. We make videos to their published specifications, but we do not guarantee their approval or an ad's performance. If a video is rejected for a reason within our specifications, we fix it as a free revision; a rejection caused by your offer, claims or account is not.
11AI providers
AI providers and your information
We use third-party providers of AI agents to generate scenes, voices and images. We share your material with them only as far as needed to make your videos, under their terms. We do not use your confidential material to train models of our own, we keep your information confidential as the service agreement says, and our privacy notice applies.
12Rights
Ownership and rights
Once the videos are delivered and paid in full, you may use them for your business, in any channel, without limit in time. We may show them in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
Unless the quotation says so, the rights do not include project files, prompts, unused generated scenes, or music and stock licences beyond the final video. Generated elements may not be exclusive (similar results can appear elsewhere) and may have limited copyright protection in some countries.
13Payment
Payment and cancellation
A one-off order is paid in full upfront. No payment is refunded once made; the videos paid for are delivered as agreed, within the time limits in these terms.
Videos in a monthly package are delivered within that month and do not roll over to the next one. Cancelling future months follows the notice period in the service agreement.
14Delays
When what we need from you is late
If materials or approvals reach us more than 5 working days after we ask, the schedule moves by the same time. After 20 working days without a reply, the order counts as delivered as far as it could go, and remaining revision rounds end.
15Delivery
Delivery, acceptance and file keeping
We deliver the videos in the formats in the quotation. A delivery is accepted unless revisions are asked for within 5 working days. We keep the final files for 90 days after delivery; after that a resend may not be possible.
16Disclosure
Labelling AI-generated content
You are responsible for any label or disclosure of generated content that a platform or a law requires. We add such a label to a video on request, at no cost.
17
Liability
Ryplaced Work is not liable for any loss arising from the videos or the service, including indirect losses and lost profit, platform decisions, your use or editing of the videos, and any claim arising from material or instructions you supplied. You indemnify us for any claim caused by the materials, claims or instructions you supplied.
Nothing above excludes liability that Kuwaiti law does not allow to be excluded, such as for fraud or gross error. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited in total to the fees paid for the order concerned.
18Pausing
Pausing or ending an order
We may pause or end an order for non-payment, abusive conduct, or a request against the "People and likeness" or "What we won't make" sections. Payments are not refunded.
19Versions
Changes to these terms
Each version of these terms has a number and a date. Each order is governed by the version accepted with its quotation; a new version applies only to new orders.
20Law
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
In short: we make your videos with care, and they are yours once paid. Approvals keep the work on time, and results on ad platforms are never promised. Prices, quantities and dates are set in your quotation.
