Complete App Design (UI/UX)

Design your app right from the start: complete design, from idea to developer-ready files for the team you choose.

Our team maps the user experience, designs the screens, and prepares an interactive prototype and organised Figma files for development. Programming and publishing are not part of the service.

01What you receive

Defined deliverables, written into the scope.

  1. 01A discovery session on your idea and goals
  2. 02User flows and a screen map
  3. 03Wireframes for the structure of each screen
  4. 04UI design for every screen in the agreed scope
  5. 05A clickable interactive prototype
  6. 06Organised, editable Figma files, ready for your developer

02How our team delivers it

Six steps, all in our team’s hands.

The “AI-assisted” tag appears inside any step where an AI agent helps, with exactly what it does.

  1. Discovery

Our team sits with you to understand the idea, the users, the goals, the platforms and the constraints.

  2. Flows and screen map

Our team maps the user’s journey step by step and lists every screen the app needs.

  3. Wireframes

Our team sets the structure and layout of each screen before colour and detail.

  4. UI design

Our team designs every screen in scope in your brand: its colours, type and icons.

  5. Interactive prototype

Our team links the screens into a clickable prototype, so you can try the app before it is built.

  6. Figma handoff

Our team hands over organised Figma files: styles, colours, type, icons and measurements, with notes for the developer.

03What we need from you

To start, this is enough.

It’s fine if not everything is ready; our team helps you work out what’s missing while writing the scope.

  • Your app idea and the problem it solves
  • Your business goals and target users
  • The platforms you have in mind: iOS, Android, both, or not decided yet
  • Your brand identity, if any: logo, colours and fonts
  • Any apps, references or files you have or like
  • Any important dates or constraints

04Frequently asked questions

Short answers.

About how we work and your rights. Question not here?

Message us on WhatsApp
Do you program the app or publish it to the stores?

No. The service is design only: from idea to files ready to build. Programming, store publishing and ongoing development are not included.

Can I choose my own developer or development company?

Yes. The design files are yours once paid in full, so any developer or development company can work from them. Third-party assets such as fonts and icons keep their own licences.

Are the Figma files editable?

Yes. You receive editable Figma files, as set out in the deliverables of the agreed proposal.

What does the clickable prototype show?

It links the designed screens, so you tap and move between them as a user would and try the experience before development. It is a model of the experience, not a working app.

How many screens and revision rounds are included?

The number of screens and revision rounds is set in the proposal you approve, based on your idea and its scope. There is no fixed limit for every project.

Can you redesign an existing app?

Only if we agree it as part of the scope. Tell us about your app in your request and we will work out with you what we can offer.

Is the design for iOS or Android?

We decide the platforms with you in the discovery session, and they are written into the proposal before we start.
