Designing Khizanati, a second-hand clothes app
An app where people sell their own second-hand clothes and buy directly from one another. Sellers need a quick way to list a piece, and buyers need to see its condition clearly and agree on a price before they buy.

01The challenge
A piece you no longer wear, worn by someone else.
An app where people sell their own second-hand clothes and buy directly from one another. Sellers need a quick way to list a piece, and buyers need to see its condition clearly and agree on a price before they buy.

02Scope and our team’s role
From photographing a piece to checkout.
- 01Listing a new piece with photos, condition and price
- 02Home, search and filtering by size and condition
- 03A piece’s page, making a price offer and chatting with the seller
- 04Checkout with the delivery address and payment
- 05Seller reviews
03How we delivered it
Easy to sell, reassuring to buy.
Our team made listing a piece a few short steps that start with the photos, led a piece’s page with its condition, size and price, and made negotiating part of the chat itself, so the buyer makes an offer and follows the reply in one place. All names, numbers and brands in the screens are illustrative.
