Designing Orodak, a home-services app
An app that brings together people who need a home service and the providers who offer it: the customer posts a request once, receives quotes from providers nearby, compares them, books, pays and follows the technician until they arrive.

01The challenge
Ask once, compare the quotes.
An app that brings together people who need a home service and the providers who offer it: the customer posts a request once, receives quotes from providers nearby, compares them, books, pays and follows the technician until they arrive.

02Scope and our team’s role
From posting a request to rating the job.
- 01Customer app: posting a request, comparing quotes, booking and paying
- 02Chatting with the provider and following the technician
- 03Rating the job and My requests
- 04Provider app: new requests and sending quotes
03How we delivered it
Every quote on a card you compare at a glance.
Our team designed both sides of the service together: what the customer posts reaches the provider as a clear request, and what the provider sends comes back to the customer as a quote card, compared by price, rating and time. All names, numbers and brands in the screens are illustrative.
